Most BigGitTees products are custom-made or made to order. Because of that, most sales are final.

• Uploaded content
• Design inputs
• Any connected account data used to generate the product

We are not responsible for mistakes in an order caused by information or selections you provided.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Customs
• Fulfillment delays
• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

Some features may let you connect third-party services such as GitHub or similar platforms.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use the data made available through that connection as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the feature you requested.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to that third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, integrations, outages, policy changes, or data practices.

9. Your Content

You may upload, submit, connect, or generate content through the site, including text, graphics, usernames, repo activity, contribution data, images, and other materials. We refer to all of that as User Content.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting or connecting it through our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to:

• Generate previews and products
• Fulfill orders
• Provide support
• Improve our services
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Market or promote BigGitTees in connection with our services

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control the rights needed to use and submit the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content does not violate any law or regulation
• You have any permissions needed to connect outside accounts or import outside data

The BigGitTees site, branding, design system, logos, graphics, site copy, software, workflows, and related materials are owned by BigGitTees or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

BigGitTees trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission.

12. Product Previews and Accuracy

We do our best to display colors, garment styles, sizing, and design placement accurately, but some variation is normal.

You understand that:

• Screen colors may not match printed colors exactly
• Garment shades and materials may vary
• Print placement may vary within normal production tolerance
• Sizing can vary by garment brand or manufacturer
• Previews and mockups are illustrative, not exact guarantees

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigGitTees.com and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Except where required by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability

14. Limitation of Liability

You and BigGitTees agree that:

• You waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration
• Any covered dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules unless the parties agree otherwise.
