Return Policy

BigGitTees sells custom and made-to-order products. Because of that, most sales are final unless there is a problem with the item.


1. General Policy

Because our products are custom-made or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color preference changes
  • Style preference changes
  • Incorrect design choices submitted by you
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by you

Please double-check your order details before placing your order.


2. If There's a Problem With Your Order

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Or you received the wrong item

Contact us at orders@biggittees.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If we confirm the issue was caused by us or our fulfillment partner, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

3. Size Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If we shipped the wrong size from the one you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at orders@biggittees.com and we'll review the situation.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we may ask you to contact the carrier first. We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we'll review issues case by case.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Events outside our control

5. Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address and the order has not gone into production yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to update it.

If production has already started or the item has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by you.


6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as fast as possible at orders@biggittees.com. If production has not started, we may be able to help. If it has started, the sale is final.


7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can affect your ability to order from us in the future.
